Customer Service Policy

We ship UPS and US Postal Service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. (WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL, WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL USA). Thank you for your interest in our store and have a Wonderful Day! Larger items will take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.

REFUNDS/RETURNS: RG PRODUCTS gives customers the opportunity to return products within 30 days from the shipping date in order to receive refunds for product. Contact Us by email at [email protected] to submit your request to return a product. Make sure you have the Order Number, Product SKU, reason for return, and if it is a replacement or a credit. At which time the Return Authorization# with return instructions will be sent out to you via e-mail. You can receive a refund for any product if 1) the wrong product SKU was shipped or 2) the product shipped is defective in any way. If the product shipped is the correct product SKU and it was found in proper condition upon arrival, then you are still welcome to return the product. However, requesting a credit for your order will be subject to a 15-30% restocking fee and shipping costs will also not be reimbursed. No refunds or returns on perfumes or colognes.

If you have received a different product SKU then what was initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following: All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.). Original packaging in new and unopened condition. Original invoice or receipt. Once you receive the return authorization information you can return the product according to the return information for a full refund less any restocking fees and shipping. Depending on the return

Product Warranties

You can always find the product's warranty information by going directly to the manufacturer's site. Simply look up the Model Number on the manufacturer's site to locate the warranty information. If the site does not provide the warranty information you may want to contact them via email or phone. If you have any questions simply contact us and we can provide you with warranty information.

JEWELRY RETURN POLICIES:

At RG PRODUCTS, we strive to exceed your expectations. However, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have a 30 day period to return your jewelry for a 100% refund.

1. If you decide to return/exchange an item for any reason at all, simply enclose item for return with the return slip in the Pad Pak and seal. Then enlose the sealed Pad Pak in any cardboard box and tape shut.

2. Ship the package insured to our return address via US Postal Service Only. Refunds will be made by company check. Upon inspection of the merchandise, you will receive a 100% refund. Once the refund is processed, you will receive email notification. Please allow 30-60 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. Shipping is non-refundable.

Specially ordered merchandise is non-refundable. This includes shortened or lengthened bracelets, chains, watches and engraved items. For exchanges, include the new item number you would like to exchange for on your invoice and follow the same instructions as a return. Returned merchandise must be in new and undamaged condition.

Items returned after 30 days are not entitled to refunds.


Tablets & Computers Return Policy
RMA can only be requested within 30 days of receiving the item. You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise to us.

We must be contacted when a tracking number is showing as info received. We then have to issue a tracer with the shipping carrier and wait up to 8 business days for a response before credit can be issued.

Return Policy Guidelines:

- All electronic returns require the serial number off the item for processing. RMA request may be submitted without this information, but may be delayed or rejected. Please provide the serial number in the RMA notes field if possible to avoid any issues.
- Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials.
- All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, these costs will be deducted from your refund, or credit may not be issued.
- The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
- Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
- If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of 15% per unit will be deducted from your refund.
- RG Products will not accept discontinued products back. You must re-sell the item or contact the manufacturer.

Damages:

Our Damaged on Arrival (DOA) Policy does not cover any physical damage that your product may incur in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, follow these instructions:
1. Note any damages on the receipt.
2. Refuse the shipment (if possible) so that it is returned to us for freight claim processing. If damaged item is accepted via UPS/FedEx Ground, contact us for freight claim to be issued; if via truck/LTL, the receiver is responsible to place the claim with the carrier within 10 calendar days of receipt. Damage claims are the responsibility of the co-signee. The shipping cartons, packing and content should be retained in the same condition as received, this will be needed for claim to be processed.

SPECIAL RETURNS:

*Products with Manufacturer's warranties: Any products that have a manufacturer's warranty may need to go through them directly. See product descriptions for more information.

CELL PHONES RETURN POLICY:

This policy is applicable ONLY to the return of cell phones and cell phone accessories. This policy will not apply to any other merchandise in the product catalogue provided to you (the customer) by RG PRODUCTS.

DOA cell phones: For the return of any Dead On Arrival cell phone. RG PRODUCTS must be notified within 7 business days of the receipt of the merchandise. This type of return may come back only for exchange without exception. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where RG PRODUCTS has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer. Once the item is returned back to us, a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or store credit issued for the full amount of the order if the correct unit is unavailable. RG PRODUCTS must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of the delivery. In addition the incorrect item must remain in its complete original condition, be unused, and at the point of return contain all of the items originally included in the shipment pertaining to all accessories protective coverings and packing materials. Unwanted items will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% and must be in their original condition and appear unused. All protective covering and accessories must also be included in the original packaging and be in original condition never having been removed. Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated like unwanted returns and will consequently incur a restocking fee of 20% . The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a store credit will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways. Please note: The cell phones represented on RG PRODUCTS are international models and will hold no manufacturer warranty. Select models may be taken to a nearby manufacturer service center to be serviced at the recipient's expense. If the return has been received to our warehouse after 30 days from the original day of the receipt of the merchandise, it will be send to the customer at their expense. All reimbursements are done in the form of a company credit which can be used towards new orders. Customers may request a refund back to the credit card in which case a 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Refunds may take 30 to 60 business days to post back to the credit card.



Large items may take 4-8 weeks for delivery!

For most home entertainment, video games, and opened software

we cannot accept the return, please check with customer

service if you are having troubles with an RMA request for

one of these.

Note: Plasma TVs are not eligible for return to RG PRODUCTS.

Most TV/Monitors 30”/projections products and Samsung TV’s

14” or larger do not qualify under normal RG PRODUCTS Return

Policy. Contact Samsung @ 1-800-SAMSUNG for service. Most

TV’s/Monitors 30” or larger and projection products require

in-field service repairs under manufacturer’s warranty. These

products are not eligible for return. Please contact the

appropriate manufacturer for troubleshooting repair service.
